Shipping policy

We ship worldwide. All orders are shipped out Monday - Friday. Orders placed Friday - Sunday will be shipped out the following week.

All orders Monday - Friday ship within 1-2 business days. During sales and holidays allow 2-4 business days for processing and shipment. Tracking information is automatically sent to the email address you provide at checkout. If the tracking information is not made available by the courier we will automatically send you the bill of lading information. This information is provided to confirm your order has been dispatched and is on its way to you. If you do not receive this information within these specified ranges, please check your spam folder. Residential delivery is subject to customer address. We offer flat rate shipping on all orders under $300. All orders over $300 receive free shipping and the cost of shipping is absorbed by Elevation Athletics LTD.

PRE-SALE and PRE-ORDER

All items marked "Pre-Sale" or "Pre-Order" are fulfilled and shipped as soon as the inventory becomes available to us. By purchasing these items you agree to this condition and are not eligible for a Return/Exchange/Refund until the products have been received by you (the customer).

Please note* if you have purchased non-Pre-Sale items with your Pre-Sale order, all products will ship with your Pre-Sale items.

Canada

All shipments are automatically shipped with the courier who has provided the best quotation based on the customer's order. Orders that submitted PO boxes as a delivery address will be forfeit until a residential or commercial address is provided. Shipments within Canada are estimated to take 1-4 business days in transit. Complications with delivery are rare, but please contact the shipping carrier to handle these issues. Elevation Athletics is not responsible for shipping delays, delays caused by the post office, or lost packages due to address errors.

International

Duties and Taxes

Duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer and will be due at the time of delivery. If you do not pay the fees, your package will be returned to Elevation Athletics and we will refund you the cost of the order excluding all shipping costs.
